Analysis Module
The Analysis module is used to:

Create laminate property data for FE Analysis, based on
Layup information created by the Design module, or read directly from a *.Layup file (View module) or imported
through FiberSIM files (Design module).

Write Nastran- or Ansys-format input deck files that include all
the laminate property information, i.e. translate Layup information to
finite element properties, ready for analysis (PCOMP cards or SECTIONs or
Real Constants).

Include the effect
of stiffness property variation due to draping, via shear state tables.

Write Optistruct
optimiser input decks, reflecting the global ply definition and taking
advantage of unique optimisation features.

Extrude surfaces to
generate solid Nastran elements, with automatically calculated
properties.

An advanced feature of the Analysis module
is built-in support for the PCOMPG Nastran format that relates element
properties back to the original global plies.
