Panels Module
- Rectangular or circular panels are supported.
- Easily changed individual edge conditions (clamped, simply supported or free)
- Point, line/ring, and pressure loads.
- Point and line loads can be offset from centre of panel.
- Displacements, stresses and failure ratios are calculated.
- Results may be corrected for large-displacement membrane effects.
- Rib reinforcements are possible, transverse or diagonal.
- Design mode calculates optimal thickness or rib combinations of rib width/height and spacing.
- Creep calculations are possible.
- Parametric option allows any output parameter to be assessed as a function of variation in any input parameter (e.g. failure ratio vs. rib height).
